| I have changed it so that only mods and admins can open a new Hot Topic discussion. This will now take place every 2 weeks. Everyone who participates in the discussion will get both "Awarded points" and activity points. So make it meanigfull! Update- You can also vote for people's comments by clicking on either the + or - sign at the upper right corner of their post. This gives them points, or takes away. Please make teh vote meaningful so as not to just be a points manipulator.
