This game is a little older than others but still worthy of a review and easily is one of the better 3rd person shooter/horror games for psp.
You play Travis a lonely Trucker who stumbles across Silent Hill and has to confront unspeakable horrors and battle with personal demons.The gameplay is similar to the original Silent Hill franchise, however the view has changed to an over the shoulder camera syle. Best played with the lights off and earphones, this really is a scarey game to play.
The controls stay the same and fans of Silent Hill will be instantly familiar with the setup.Makes best use of the psp's analogue and D-pad functions. Battle across narrow streets and coarse ways to unravel the mysteries of Silent Hill. Collect weapon's and hidden clues and puzzles along the way, Battle Bosses and unlock new game modes and costumes in this explosive Horror Chiller for psp. Graphics are very crisp and one of the first games to use psp's new clock speed, very good lighting effects and ambient sounds add to a very scarey experience.
This game will take a good couple of days to complete some of the puzzles have you using all yr logic. The Boss battles demand you to use all yr available weaponry and some unlikely ones too. Use everyday object's from T.V's to crow bars for extra melee attacks. Only let down for is there was no 2 player co-op would have been awesome but still a very deserving game.
Supports 1 player no other modes available.
